What Does a "Awaiting Shipment" Email mean?

An order awaiting shipment email means that your order processing is now complete and will ship within 3-5 business days* from receiving the "awaiting shipment" email. (This timeframe is subject to change at any given time, due to increase in business/sales/ and or holidays). This is a *timeframe only, and not a promised date/day.

How long is shipping/processing?

 

Standard Shipping is 8-10 business days, express shipping is available via Zelle/CashApp by texting 919-937-7335 to order.

 (business days are Monday-Friday only, no weekends, and no national holidays) This timeframe is for all NON CUSTOM items. If you are ordering a custom item; please refer back to the description of the item you ordered online for your order timeframe. Custom orders/International orders DO NOT* follow this same timeframe.

How long will it take for me to get a tracking number?

Once your order finishes processing, a tracking number will then automatically be issued to the same email used when ordering online our website.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do ship internationally. Diamond Dynasty Inc cannot be held responsible for any fees, or taxes imposed on international shipments. 

How will I get my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are emailed once the order ships out from our office.

Why isn't my tracking number updating?

Please allow 48-72 hours for your tracking to update in the online usps system.

Who do you use for shipping?

We use the United States Postal Service for all shipments.

Is express shipping available?

Express shipping is currently unavailable. 

How do I get custom coloring on my order?

Custom coloring is by request only. Please email support@diamonddynastyvirginhair.com for custom coloring options and fees associated with this service. 

When Will My order Ship?

All orders will be shipped once they have finished processing.

Our standard shipping timeframe does exclude any custom* items. Custom items follow their own shipping time frame, please refer to the item(s) ordering page you are interested in ordering to confirm the shipping time frame prior to submitting payment. 

 

CAN'T FIND YOUR ORDER?

Packages may be marked as "delivered" before the carrier arrives because it is Out For Delivery. Also, some carriers leave packages with an Apartment Office Manager. If, by the next business day, you still are unable to locate your package, please contact us: support@daimonddynastyvirginhair.com
